Construction of Greytown Orchards’ highly anticipated communal facility—The Lodge—will begin in 2025, marking an exciting new chapter for our village community.

Purposefully designed as a vibrant social hub, The Lodge will offer residents a beautiful, functional space to connect, unwind, and stay active—right in the heart of the village.

Once complete, The Lodge will be a standout destination for retired living in the South Wairarapa. With thoughtfully designed spaces and high-quality features, it’s set to enrich the lifestyle of every resident and further strengthen the sense of belonging that makes Greytown Orchards so special.

The Lodge’s refreshed architectural design reflects the orchard charm and rural landscape that defines Greytown.

A Port Cochere ensures all-weather access and an easy drop-off point for visitors. In a further commitment to sustainability, the building will feature engineered timber construction by Tumu, supporting both durability and environmental care.
