Explore our range of villas where there’s something for everyone
Architecturally designed and in keeping with the region’s heritage, our range of high quality, low impact villas deliberately uphold the legacy of the original orchard and complement our Greytown setting.
Externally, they exude timeless exterior features, such as traditional weatherboards and long run roofs. Inside, the design is modern and sophisticated. Higher stud ceilings and classical features, such as covered patios, tiled and wooden floors and stone benchtops, represent traditional villa style, while open planning and plentiful storage creates spacious living with good indoor, outdoor flow.
The use of innovation and technology adds to the quality and finish of the appliances, furnishings and fittings to ensure elegant and easy living.
You can choose the villa type that best suits your needs and budget, from neat and compact styles to larger homes with extra bedrooms and living spaces. Whichever style you decide upon, you can be assured that comfort and sophistication will go hand-in-hand.
Greytown Orchards has been thoughtfully designed to offer both connection and space. Our masterplan reflects this balance, ensuring every home, path, green space, and communal area contributes to a relaxed, vibrant lifestyle.
